1.Find that the project is Exempt pursuant to the adopted Guidelines for
the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act,
Section 15061(b)(3);
2.Find that the potential projects in the Proposed FY 2022/23 -2026/27
CIP are consistent with the General Plan, North 40 Specific Plan,
Albright Specific Plan, and Hillside Specific Plan; and
3.Forward a recommendation of approval of the Proposed FY 2022/23 -
2026/27 CIP to the Town Council.
