The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a closed session meeting in-person and
provided the public an opportunity to participate either in public or via Teleconference on
Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor Marico Sayoc, Vice Mayor Rob Rennie, Council Member Mary Badame, Council
Member Matthew Hudes, Council Member Maria Ristow.
