AND AFSCME
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
JULY 1, 2018 - JUNE 30, 2021
The parties agree to the following for a successor agreement:
1. Term: The parties agree to a one-year contract with a term of July 1, 2021 through June 30,
2022.
2. Floating Holiday: Bargaining unit members shall be provided with a one-time floating holiday
equivalent to 8 hours of paid time off during the term of this Agreement. This floating holiday is
not vested, has no cash value and must be used not later than June 30, 2022. This floating
holiday expires on June 30, 2022.
3. Status Quo Language: MOU Language not changed by this Agreement shall remain status quo.
