SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 1ST day of August 2021 and
is made by and between TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a California municipal corporation, (“Town”) and Mintier
Harnish, LP, (“Consultant”), whose address is 1415 20th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811. This Agreement is
made with reference to the following facts.
RECITALS
A. The Town and Consultant entered into an Agreement dated July 9, 2018 to provide Consultant
Services for preparation of the General Plan update and Environmental Impact Report (Exhibit A).
B. The Town and Consultant entered into a First Amendment Agreement dated August 1, 2020 to
extend the term to July 31, 2021.
C. The Town desires to extend the Agreement to March 31, 2022.
AMENDMENT
1. Time of Performance of the Second Amendment Agreement is hereby amended to provide that
the term of the Agreement is for the period of August 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement dated July 9, 2018, remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Town and Consultant have executed this Second Amendment Agreement as of the date indicated above.
