The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting via Teleconference via
COVID-19 Shelter in Place Guidelines on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, to hold a Closed Session at
5:00 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:05 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Marico Sayoc, Vice Mayor Rob Rennie, Council Member Mary Badame, Council
Member Matthew Hudes, Council Member Maria Ristow. (All participating remotely).
Absent: None
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
No one spoke.
THE TOWN WILL MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR (Government Code §54957.6)
To meet with Town Negotiators listed below in closed session pursuant to Government Code
§54957.6 regarding negotiations with the Employee Organizations listed below:
