The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting via Teleconference via
COVID-19 Shelter in Place Guidelines on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, to hold a Closed Session at
5:45 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:45 P.M.

Present: Mayor Marico Sayoc, Vice Mayor Rob Rennie, Council Member Mary Badame, Council
Member Matthew Hudes. (All participating remotely).
Absent: Council Member Maria Ristow.

and Support Foundation.
