REMARKS:
Following the February 24, 2021 Planning Commission meeting, staff was informed by the
applicant that the subject property has been sold. Staff recommends continuing the application
to June 9, 2021, to allow the new property owner time to evaluate how they would like to
proceed with the pending application.
