The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting via Teleconference via
COVID-19 Shelter in Place Guidelines on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. to hold a Joint
Town Council and Planning Commission Study Session.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Council Members Present: Mayor Marico Sayoc, Vice Mayor Rob Rennie, Council Member Mary
Badame, Council Member Matthew Hudes, Council Member Maria Ristow
Absent: None
Planning Commissioners Present: Chair Kathryn Janoff, Vice Chair Kendra Burch, Commissioner
Jeffrey Barnett, Commissioner Melanie Hansen (joined the meeting at 8:01 p.m.),
Commissioner Jeffrey Suzuki, and Commissioner Emily Thomas.
Absent: Commissioner Reza Tavana.
Panelists: Cindy Johnson, Director of Construction at Western States Construction Management
Group, Jeff Kreshek, Senior Vice President, West Coast Leasing for Federal Realty, Jim Foley,
Principal at Pennant Properties, Keyston Smith, President and CEO of Cilker Orchards
