REMARKS:
At its meeting on January 19, 2021, the Town Council opened the public testimony, completed
questions of the applicant, and closed the public testimony portion of the public hearing. The
item was continued to February 16, 2021 with direction for modifications to the proposal.
The applicant is requesting that the item be continued to the April 6, 2021 Town Council
meeting in order to allow additional time to complete neighborhood outreach (Attachment 5).
