The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting via Teleconference,
due to COVID-19 Shelter in Place guidelines on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, to hold a Closed
Session at 5:30 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:30 P.M.

Present: Mayor Marico Sayoc, Vice Mayor Rob Rennie, Council Member Mary Badame, Council
Member Matthew Hudes, Council Member Maria Ristow. (All Participating Remotely.)
Absent: None

THE TOWN WILL MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. Conference with Labor Negotiator (Government Code §54957.6)
To meet with Town Negotiators listed below in closed session pursuant to Government
Code §54957.6 regarding negotiations with the Employee Organizations listed below:
