Affordable Housing Overlay Zone
The Affordable Housing Overlay Zone is an implementation program of the Town’s Housing
Element. The Affordable Housing Overlay Zone (AHOZ) includes development standards
and design and site guidelines for five properties at various locations in Los Gatos. The
AHOZ development standards and guidelines are proposed to be applied to five properties that
may be developed pursuant to the existing zoning or the AHOZ. The five properties are
generally located at the corner of Capri and Knowles, Winchester and Knowles, on the west
side of Oka Road, and two on the east side of Oka Road. The Assessor’s Parcel Numbers are:
406-28-032, 424-32-069, 424-08-074, 424-08-057, and 424-08-021.
ADJOURNMENT
The Town of Los Gatos has adopted the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6;
litigation challenging a decision of the Council must be brought within 90 days after the
decision is announced unless a shorter time limit is required by state or federal law.

the Los Gatos Town Library and the Community Development Department, both located at 110 E.
Main Street, and are also available for review on the official Town of Los Gatos website. Copies of
desk items distributed to members of the Commission at the meeting are available for review in the
Town Council Chambers.
