4. Sustainability Plan
Consider adoption of a Sustainability Plan to serve as the Town’s GHG Emissions
Reduction Plan and satisfy 2020 General Plan Action ENV-13.1. No significant
environmental impacts have been identified as a result of this project and an Addendum
to the 2020 General Plan EIR is recommended.
