Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment, a variance to allow reduced driveway
length, and to construct two new single family residences with reduced setbacks that
exceed the allowable Floor Area Ratio on property zoned R-1:8. No significant
environmental impacts have been identified as a result of this project and Mitigated
Negative Declarations are recommended. APN 529-23-015 and 016.

The Town of Los Gatos has adopted the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure ' 1094.6;
litigation challenging a decision of the Council must be brought within 90 days after the
decision is announced unless a shorter time limit is required by state or federal law.
