North Forty Specific Plan (N40SP)
The purpose of the study session is to discuss the North 40 Specific Plan Update.
Topics include process update, vision, land use, and height. Please note: no formal
action will be taken at this meeting. APN 424-07-009, 010, 024 thru 027, 031 thru
037, 052 thru 054, 060, 063 thru 065, 070, 081 thru 086, 090, 094 thru 096, 099,
100, 424-06-115, 116 and 129 (Area bounded by Los Gatos Boulevard, Lark
Avenue, Highway 17, and Highway 85).

CONSENT ITEM
1. *Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Formula Retail
Policy direction on pending updates to Conditional Use Permit requirements in the
Central Business District (C-2) for nonconforming formula retailers expanding or
relocating in the Central Business District (C-2 Zone).
The items marked with an asterisk (*) are on a consent calendar. The Planning Commission will act
on all items on the consent calendar in one motion. Before the Commission acts on the consent
calendar, any person wishing to have a consent item discussed may request that the Planning
Commission remove it from the consent calendar and it will be heard under the New Public
Hearing section of the agenda. Requests for discussion made after action on the consent calendar
cannot be considered.

2. Redevelopment Item
Consider election to serve as Successor Agency and Successor Housing Agency for
dissolving Redevelopment Agency and adoption of a resolution authorizing the
election.
The Town of Los Gatos has adopted the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure ' 1094.6;
litigation challenging a decision of the Council must be brought within 90 days aft er the
decision is announced unless a shorter time limit is required by state or federal law.
