As a result of meetings, reviews and other communications with T. Jeans and others, subject to Cahoon's
project; the Duffys (317 Escobar Avenue) support the project going forward . The project as devised does not
impact us, nor do we have objections with it proceeding as presented.
The project's results will be a positive and attractive addition to the neighborhood.

Dean

Looks like an interesting house that fit s the large lot you have. Design doesn't affect out view or
bother us in any way. We are pleased that you will be taking out the electric pole. It is real
eyesore. It will be nice to have some good neighbors back there .
Good luck,
Bill and K . Kay
