REMARKS:
On August 26, 2015, the Planning Commission continued the project to October 28, 2015 with
direction to the applicant. The applicant is requesting to continue the matter due to the on-going
discussions regarding the v iew analysis methodology of the Hillside Development Standards and
Guidelines. Staff recommends the item be continued to December 9, 2015.
