I feel st r ongl y tha t the Planning Co mm iss ion should not deny the application of
the Arnaudo's to bu i ld t h eir home. After al l they own the land and have bee n
paying taxes on the parcel since the early SO's. Let them build th e hom e with
the plans they have presented to you.
