Subject: RE: Camino Del Cerro
Good afternoon all!
I wanted to let you know the new story poles are much better pleasing to the eye when looking out of
my kitchen and backyard area!
I think the swapping of home #2 with home#3 was the correct course of action.
One thing I wanted to comment on was the set back line from the fence to where the first story wall
and second story wall will begin. I know I'm not a surveyor and I'm not 100% sure this was erected to
scale, but I went and measured both set backs and they were a little short.
The first story wall was about 1ft shy and the second story wall about 1.5 ft short.
Thi s could be a moot point if the story poles weren't erected to be perfect...again I don 't know because I
don't have that l eve l of expertise.
So long as it's constructed as proposed by Sachnee l and Noel we'll be good to go!
Thanks for everyone's participation and I lo ok forward to attending the planning commission meeting
next Wednesday evening.
Have a great weekend!
Best -

I am pleased to include below an email that I have just received from our neighbor at 101 Maria
Teresa who now writes in support of our project after all the changes we have made to
accommodate his concerns.
Could you please forward this on to the Planning Commission In anticipation of our meeting on
October 26th?
Many thanks,
Melissa

Melissa-
Thank you for your email. I am writing this today to express my support for the Camino Del
Cerro homes project (formally Sakamoto nursery site).
I appreciate all of the concessions you, Sachneel and Noel have made to make this a smooth
process for me and my family. As you know our privacy was the main concern. We do look
forward to the site being developed which will ultimately add value and make that proposed
sight much more appealing to the eye.
I have outlined the changes Sachneel proposed and look forward to seeing the development
follow thru as planned below:
+The revised setback will be now be 12'-7" from the property line, it was 8'-0" before.
+With the extra setback we feel we can preserve many of the mature trees along the property
line, keeping the privacy between properties.
+The new floor plan has a 2nd story that is setback 24'-11" from the property line.
+ The new floor plan has a;btal of 5 windows that face your backyard, of which 3 windows are
above a stairwell corridor that would make it impossible for someone to view out & the
remaining 2 bedroom windows would now be in line with the mature redwood tree towards the
very rear corner of your property.
+We are raising the 2 bedroom window sills to 5'-6", however with the new alignment it would
be tough for anyone to see past the redwood tree.
+The new home is setback from the front street (Camino Del Cerro) as compared to the other
homes, so out of the 2 bedroom windows only 1 window is actually within the "line of sight" of
your property.
Will I get a copy of the new revised drawings now that Lot 2 and Lot 3 homes have ben
swapped?
Thank you and I am in support of the development.
Best-
