Response to the email dated June 12, 2020 is shown below.
The town recommended that outreach efforts should at least cover those properties with a shared
property line and those in the defined “immediate neighborhood”. Below is a list of the properties that
were provided the invitation to review the proposed project at 62 Ellenwood Avenue with owners Case
and Lisa Swenson on July 21, 2020.
The highlighted addresses indicate the households who attended the neighborhood outreach meeting.

Additional information was requested post meeting from two of the neighbors at 66 and 67 Ellenwood.
After coordinating follow-up discussions with the Pinkels at 66 Ellenwood it was agreed that we would
include additional screening along the south property line to reduce the impact to the neighbor’s view and
privacy. These items are shown and clouded on the corresponding site plans. Arcanum is currently
coordinating a follow-up meeting with the neighbors at 67 Ellenwood to review the proposed design.
