pedestrian and public transport improvements, but who wants to ride their bike through clogged

64 Modified mufflers seem to be trendy amongst high schoolers now. The noise level from these
cars racing through downtown decreases attractiveness of LG as a destination. Gas powered
leaf blowers were banned, surely we can do something to reduce illegal devices on cars -
maybe a program through the high school? These modifications are visible and easy to spot on
every car that has them.
