West Valley Community Services’ (WVCS) Comprehensive Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP) provides one-time emergency financial assistance to prevent individuals and families
from becoming homeless, to quickly re-house households that have been un-housed, and prevent
a utility shut-off. The goal is to stabilize individuals and families during times of trouble and
help them return to self-sufficiency. The CEAP program is designed to serve low income and
at-risk individuals and families and individuals in Los Gatos and the surrounding mountain
region.
