The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting via Teleconference,
due to COVID-19 Shelter in Place guidelines, on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, to hold a Closed
Session at 5:30 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:36 P.M.

Present (all participating remotely): Mayor Marcia Jensen, Vice Mayor Barbara Spector, Council
Member Rob Rennie, Council Member Marico Sayoc.
Absent: None
