I reviewed the drawings, and visited the site. I previously reviewed a proposed house on this site in 2015. My comments
and recommendations are as follows:
Neighborhood Context
The site is a large lot among other large lots in a hillside environment. An existing one-story house currently occupies the
site. The site is shown on the aerial photo below, and photos of the site and its surroundings are on the following page.
