Dear Sean:
On October 16, 2020, I inspected the heights and location of the story poles and netting at
the subject property. The poles were found to be consistent with the approved
Architectural and recently revised Architectural Plans by Jay Plett – Architect. These
poles were also installed consistent with the required building setbacks. The highest
ridgeline was measured at elevation 511.5’ which is consistent with the revised plans
dated October 6, 2020. Also enclosed are pictures of the story poles.
