REQUIRED FINDINGS FOR:
Town Code Amendment Application A-20-005
Consider amendments to Chapter 29 of the Town Code regarding Outdoor Lighting and proposed
modifications to the Residential Design Guidelines.
FINDINGS
Required Findings for CEQA:
• It has been determined that there is no possibility that this project will have a significant
impact on the environment; therefore, the project is not subject to the California
Environmental Quality Act, Section 15061 (b)(3).
Required Findings for General Plan:
• The proposed amendments to Chapter 29 of the Town Code are consistent with the General
Plan.
• The proposed modifications to the Residential Design Guidelines are consistent with the
General Plan.
