I reviewed the drawings, and have visited the site in the course of reviewing other new homes in the immediate area. My
comments are as follows:
Neighborhood Context
The site is part of a small subdivision, and is located on a gently sloping site immediate adjacent to Suview Drive.. Pho-

Issues and Concerns
The house is well designed with materials and details appropriate to the Contemporary Architectural Style. The height is
limited to one story, and the proposed footprint is similar to other nearby homes - see illustrations below.

I see only one potential issue - the driveway to the north seems unnecessary to the function of the house, and may be in
conflict with the Residential Design Guidelines which discourage unnecessary paved surfaces.
Recommendation: Eliminate the additional paving.
I have no other recommendations for changes.
