Box 949 Los Gatos, CA 95031 RE: 1530 Suview Drive Dear Sean: I reviewed the drawings, and have visited the site in the course of reviewing other new homes in the immediate area. My comments are as follows: Neighborhood Context The site is part of a small subdivision, and is located on a gently sloping site immediate adjacent to Suview Drive.. The height is limited to one story, and the proposed footprint is similar to other nearby homes - see illustrations below. PROPOSED ELEVATION WEST FRONT PROPOSED ELEVATION EAST REAR PROPOSED ELEVATION SOUTH SIDE PROPOSED ELEVATION NORTH SIDE 15310 Suview Drive Design Review Comments June 5, 2019 Page 3 I see only one potential issue - the driveway to the north seems unnecessary to the function of the house, and may be in conflict with the Residential Design Guidelines which discourage unnecessary paved surfaces. Recommendation: Eliminate the additional paving. I have no other recommendations for changes.
