Main Street Los Gatos, CA 95031 RE: 15365 Santella Court Dear Azhar: I reviewed the drawings, and evaluated the site context. My comments and recommendations are as follows: Neighborhood Context The site is located at the end of Santella Court, a cul-de-sac at the top of this planned hillside subdivision. Several Estate Style homes have already been constructed and there is one other vacant parcel at the end of this cul-de-sac to be devel- oped in the future. Photographs of the site and surrounding neighborhood are shown on the following page. It would be similar in site foot- print to other nearby completed homes, as shown on the air photo diagram below. The proposed house is designed in a Contemporary Style, as shown in the applicant’s elevations and sketch renderings below and on the following pages. In contrast to the adjacent house which has its upper floor at street level, this proposed house would be locate substan- tially down the hillside, as shown on the site section below.
