Applicant: Town of Los Gatos.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code regarding
demolition regulations (Attachment 1).
DISCUSSION:
On November 5, 2019, the Town Council considered and voted to introduce an Ordinance
amending Section 29.10.020 of the Town Code regarding demol ition regulations. Adoption of
the attached Ordinance (Attachment 1) would finalize that decision.
