Due to the on-going discussions regarding the view analysis methodology of the Hillside
Development Standards and Guidelines, staff is recommending that this matter be continued to a
date uncertain. The applicant concurs with staffs recommendation and has also requested a
continuance to a date uncertain (Exhibit 4). Any future public hearing date for this site will be
re-advertised and re-noticed .

RE: Request for Continuance for Highlands Lot 7, 8, 10 & 13
Davidon is requesting a continuance for the scheduled Planning Commission hearings for Lots 7, 8, 10 & 13, due to the
Town's ongoing discussions regarding the view analysis methodology. Due to the anticipated length of time this issue
will take to resolve, please continue these hearings to a date uncertain.
Also, I will not be able to attend the upcoming hearing to confirm that PC grants the continuance. Please notify the
commissioners in advance of my absence.
