To Los Gatos planning commission:
My name is Mahmood Mozaffari, and I reside at "146 Twin Oaks" in Los Gatos. My wife
and I are next door neighbors to Edsall family (152 Twin Oaks). We have looked at
Edsall's plans for the structure by the pool and it looks great. We do not see any issue
with this plan and we wish them the best on their project.
Regards ,
Mahmood

Good afternoon.
My name is Angela Pappanastos.
My husband Leon and I live at 140 Twin Oaks Dr.
We are neighbors, 2 doors away, from Sally & Tom Edsall.
We have no problem with the Edsall's enclosing their pool gazebo and adding a bathroom.
It is a very large lot and will accommodate this addition.
They are a wonderful couple and we're delighted to have them as neighbors.
We hope you will approve their plans.
Sincerely,
Angela & Leon Pappanastos

Subject: Re: 112 Twin Oaks Project
This is in regards to the 152 Twin Oaks Project. First email subject mistakenly said 112
Twin Oaks.
To Whom it May Concern:
We are aware of the remodel that the Edsall s' have planned and we are more than OK with it. It does not affect
us in any untoward way. Since it does not affect our view, parking, traffic , or safety, I see no reason that their
request should be denied. If you have any questions for us, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for
all that you do. As a side note, thank you also for denying the crammed development at Shannon and Los Gatos
Blvd. The traffic situation that has developed over the course of the last couple years has been horrendous and
I don't see how adding so many more homes in that particular area would have helped at all. I hope the North
40 project is reconsidered as well , as the traffic in that area has gotten bad as well and has made my trip in to
work a lot longer. Just don't see how that could have a positive affect on the traffic, nor our already impacted
school system. Again, thank you for all your considerations and time. I am sure at times it is a thankless job.
