REQUESTING APPROVAL TO DEMOLISH THREE EXISTING OFFICE
BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCT A NEW, TWO-STORY OFFICE BUILDING WITH
UNDERGROUND PARKING ON PROPERTY ZONED CH. APN 529-23-018.
REMARKS:
The applicant’s traffic consultant, Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc., has submitted a
letter verifying the revised project’s consistency with the Environmental Impact Report’s
Transportation Impact Analysis (Exhibit 15). The Town’s transportation consultant (TJKM) has
reviewed and confirmed the consistency.
Exhibit 16 includes a letter from TJKM, providing additional information about standard traffic
engineering practices in the preparation of traffic studies and alternative study methods.
