Here are elevations of our proposal and neighboring houses behind fJs.
The square footage of glazing is on each picture.·
You will see that there glazing is larger area on neighboring than proposed house.
Also
The neighboring houses sit 3 to 4 foot higher in elevation, exposing us to them, not the other way around
It is our South elevation and with good design you want windows on the Southern exposure
Our setback is 41 feet from the rear property line, 21 foot more that what is required in that zoning.
The lower floor and yard of propos~d house will never see into there yard areas.
We will gladly raise fence to 8 10 11 if the neighbors would like that.
