Hi Sally,
I'm so sorry I got disconnected today but my phone just dropped dead so I apologize that I didn't get to fi nish
talking to you. I did have a few questions to submit to the meeting tomorrow:
-Can a property in Los Gatos that has 2 ancillary units that are presently on the property, and built before 1984
or are vintage structures from 1900-1950 or so be grandfathered in if you bought the property after 1984?
Or
-Can any property in Los Gatos have 2 ancillary structures, not just 1?
-What will be the process to remove "deed restrictions?
-Can an ancillary unit be 1200 sq feet?
If you could please pass these questions along for me at the meeting,
that would be great. I would appreciate it.
I can't make it tomorrow night but I will be watching on TV for the answers.

There was a time in the 80's when cottages where grandfathered in as legal renting units. ls that a possibility
today? It seems like we have the inventory. This could help us meet are requirements with the state.
