Mclaughlin I am a 20 -year Los Gatos res ident with an office at 20 S. Santa Cruz Ave . I received the notice of a potential conditional use permit for 17 Yi N. Santa Cruz . I support this permit. The proposed retail store is of appropriate character for the street. Although it is a chain, the nearest store is 25 m iles away and this is the only one in the South Bay. It will encourage walking traffic and can likely afford the rent. Andy Wolfe awolfe@awolfe.org 1 EXlllBIT 2
