Subject: Agenda Item 5, Roberts Road and Forrest
The plans before you tonight are different from the conceptual plans reviewed the the CDAC .
The plans seen at CDAC showed below ground parking entered from Forrest. The below grade parking did not extend
beyond the foot print of the floors above . There appeared to have more open space and/or setbacks around the
building. While the building was of a modern design, the building was more articulated, the entrances to each unit were
clear, the roof heights were more varied and the building as a whole did oot appear primarily as a single rectangular
mass . The size of the individual units were not shown on the plans.
Re-looking at the plans presented to CDAC I realize I missed the large two story spaces that were proposed.
