CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 29 (ZONING REGULATIONS) OF THE TOWN CODE, THE GENERAL PLAN, AND OTHER POLICY DOCUMENTS REGARDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCES AND THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TABLE.
REMARKS:
Due to other priorities, staff was unable to complete the staff report for this item. Staff also
wants to conduct additional public outreach for this item through the Town’s social media.
Therefore, staff is requesting that this item be continued to February 14, 2018.
