Project Location: 16212 Los Gatos Boulevard. Property Owner/ Applicant: 16212 Los Gatos Blvd. LLC. Requesting approval of a Planned Development to re-zone two properties zoned CH to CH:PD to allow for construction of a new commercial building. APN 523-06-010 and -011 RECOMMENDATION: Adopt an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance effecting a zone change from CH to CH:PD at 16212 Los Gatos Boulevard that was introduced at the August 6, 2019 Town Council meeting. DISCUSSION: On August 6, 2019, the Council considered and voted to adopt the Negative Declaration and introduce the Planned Development Ordinance (Attachment 1) effecting a zone change from CH to CH:PD at 16212 Los Gatos Boulevard. The vote to introduce the Ordinance included modifications to the Development Plans to comply with the front setback requirements of the CH zone and to reduce the parking requirement by up to five spaces, included in the Ordinance as Performance Standard 2. The vote also included the addition of standards for architectural modifications and construction management, included as Performance Standards 5 and 102. If the Council adopts the Ordinance, it will become effective 30 days after it is adopted. Attachment: 1.
