RESOLUTION 2017-
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PARCEL MAP OF 360 BELLA VISTA AVENUE
WHEREAS, on February 8, 2017, the Planning Commission of the Town of Los Gatos
approved the Subdivision Application M-16-005, with conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Owner or Subdivider has complied with the conditions of Su bdivision
Application M-16-005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the certain Parcel Map of 360 Bella Vista
Avenue in the Town of Los Gatos, dated August 2017, and prepared by Westfall Engineers Inc
for approval by the Town Engineer of the Town of Los Gatos, is hereby approved; all offers of
land for public use therein made on said map are hereby accepted in fee title.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 3rd day of October, 2017 by the following vote:
