REMARKS:
The Compliance Review is required to be a noticed public hearing and was not properly noticed
as a public hearing for this evening’s meeting. Therefore, staff is requesting the item be
continued to the December 5, 2017 Council meeting so that the appropriate noticing can be
completed.
