SUBJECT: ADOPT AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING LOS GATOS
TOWN CODE CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE X. - SPECIAL EVENTS
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an ordinance amending the Los Gatos Town Code Chapter 14, Article X. – Special Events
that was introduced at the Town Council meeting of November 7, 2017.
DISCUSSION:
On November 7, 2017, the Town Council considered and voted to introduce an ordinance to
modify the provisions of the Town Code pertaining to Special Events . If the Council adopts the
ordinance (Attachment 1), it would be effective on December 5, 2017.
