ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1:12 TO R-1:12:PD AT 105 NEWELL AVENUE. APN 409-24-026. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance effecting a zone change from R-1:12 to R-1:12:PD at 105 Newell Avenue that was introduced at the Town Council meeting of November 7, 2017. DISCUSSION: On November 7, 2017, the Town Council considered and voted to: adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the proposed project; adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; and introduce an ordinance effecting a zone change from R-1:12 to R-1:12:PD at 105 Newell Avenue. If the Council adopts the ordinance (Attachment 1), it would be effective on December 5, 2017. Attachment: 1.
