REQUIRED FINDINGS FOR:
Consider adoption of amendments to Chapter II. (Constraints Analysis and Site Selection) of the
Hillside Development Standards and Guidelines regarding visibility.
FINDINGS:
Required Findings for CEQA:
It has been determined that there is no possibility that this project will have a significant
impact on the environment; therefore, the project is not subject to the California
Environmental Quality Act, Section 15061 (b)(3): Review for exemption.
Required Findings for General Plan:
The amendments to Section B. of Chapter II. (Constraints Analysis and Site Selection) of the
Hillside Development Standards and Guidelines are consistent with the General Plan.
