REMARKS:
On November 7, 2017, The Town Council continued the compliance review to the December 5,
2017 Council meeting so that the required noticing could be completed. Even though the item
was continued, the compliance review period was not extended.
Attachment 6 is a corrected staff report which includes language from Paragraph 11 of the
Operating Agreement that was not included in the previous staff report. The additional
language is shown in underlined font. Attachment 7 is public comment received between 11:01
a.m., November 7, 2017 and 11:00 a.m., November 30, 2017.
