in close proximity to the Tollhouse property)
Since the Tollhouse Hotel has been allowed to use their outdoor courtyard for entertainment
(throughout the summer is my understanding) my wife an d I have not heard any noi se coming
from their establishment.
I hope they continue to be good neighbors.
My only concern i s that if they become noi sy, what r ecouse will the neighbors have. l hope
something is in place, or will be put in place, so that if they become noi sy, the neighbors we wi ll
have options, a course of action for them to keep the noise down , and act the way they have
throughout the pa st summer.
