The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Tuesday, February
5, 2019, to hold a Closed Session at 6:00 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:02 P.M.

Present: Mayor Steven Leonardis, Vice Mayor Marcia Jensen, Council Member Rob Rennie,
Council Member Marico Sayoc, Council Member Barbara Spector.

- Indicated a preference for the Tait property over Forbes for the American Legion.
John Lochner
- Provided a history of the Forbes property and the need for the Veterans Foundation to find
a location.
Michael Silva
- Commented on the benefits of the American Legion to Los Gatos and the arrangement at
the former Campbell location.
