SUBJECT: TOWN CODE AMENDMENT APPLICATION A-18-002. PROJECT LOCATION:
TOWN WIDE. APPLICANT: TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 29 (ZONING REGULATIONS)
OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING SHARED PARKING.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code regarding
shared parking (Attachment 1).
DISCUSSION:
On March 5, 2019, the Town Council considered and voted to introduce an Ordinance
amending Sections 29.10.145, 29.10.150, and 29.20.185 of the Town Code regarding shared
parking. Adoption of the attached Ordinance (Attachment 1) would finalize that decision.
