SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 18th day of June 2019 and
amends that certain First Amendment to Agreement for Services dated May 3, 2016, made by and
between the Town of Los Gatos, ("Town,") and the SUNNYVALE BUILDING MAINTENANCE.
(“Service Provider.”)
RECITALS
A. Town and Service Provider entered into an Agreement for Services on September 16, 2015,
(“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Attachment 1 to this Amendment.
B. Town and Service Provider entered into a First Amendment to Agreement for Services on
September 16, 2015, (“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
by reference as Attachment 2 to this Amendment.
C. Town desires to amend the Agreement for Services to extend the term of the agreement
and increase the compensation.
AMENDMENT
1. Section 2.2 Term of Agreement is amended to read as follows:
The term of the agreement shall be extended for a period of three (3) months,
commencing July 1, 2019, and expiring at midnight September 30, 2019.
2. Section 2.6 Compensation is amended to read as follows:
Compensation for services shall not exceed $46,000, inclusive of all costs. Payment shall be
based upon Town approval of each task prior to the Service Provider providing the service.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
