ZAG Technical Services Inc. Amendment to Agreement 17.184
FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 19th day of June, 2019
and amends that certain Agreement for Consultant Services dated September 6, 2017, made
by and between the Town of Los Gatos ("Town"), and ZAG Technical Services Inc.
(“Consultant”).
RECITALS
A. Town and Consultant entered into an Agreement for Consultant Services on September 6,
2017 (“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Attachment 1 to this Amendment. The Agreement expires June 30, 2020.
FIRST AMENDMENT
1. Section 2.6 Compensation is amended to read: Compensation for Consultant’s professional
services shall not exceed $300,000. Consultant will be pre-paid $3,000 per quarter to
guarantee a response time of four (4) hours or less. Payment shall be based upon Town
approval of each task.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
