COMMUNITY AND SENIOR SERVICE COMMISSION AND ARTS AND
CULTURE COMMISSION FOR THE FY 2019/20 COMMUNITY GRANT
PROGRAMS.
2. CONSIDER TOWN PRIORITIES FOR THE ALLOCATION OF AN
ESTIMATED $1.9 MILLION FROM THE SURPLUS PROPERTY
RESERVE.
3. CONSIDER TOWN PRIORITIES FOR THE ALLOCATION OF AN
ESTIMATED $1.0 MILLION FROM THE PROPOSED CLOSING OF
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND STORES INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS.

REMARKS (continued):
Are the requests being made by NUMU in terms of physical reconfiguration (and funding if
applicable) consistent with its lease?
There is nothing in the Lease Agreement or Conditional Use Permits that prevents NUMU for
asking for additional funding. Pursuant to the Lease, the physical reconfiguration would require
approval by the Town Manager and the appropriate building permits.
After the release of the staff report and budget documents, a typographical error occurred on
page A-9 of the Transmittal Letter and page 9 of the Staff Report while referencing the $22.9
million estimated General Fund balance. The date should have been referred as of June 30,
2020. Attachment 7 contains the replacement pages with the updated date.

before 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
