Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for the opportunity to comment on the Town's Demolition Policy.
I applaud the concept of allowing a little more flexibility in the policy, but I am concerned that if the policy is relaxed too
much, that defacto demolitions will result.
I suggest a simple fix: allow "discontinuities" to the wall areas that are to remain, but limit the number of
"discontinuities". For example, they could be limited to a total of 3 per building or one discontinuity per facade.
